I am a practicing counsellor with experience of working with depression, post traumatic stress, bereavement and loss, relationship issues, low self esteem, gender issues, rape and sexual abuse.
For the last two years I have been a volunteer counsellor for Derbyshire Rape Crisis counselling survivors of sexual abuse.
Between 2004 and 2007 I also attended personal counselling to overcome a life crises of my own; therapy which awakened my own desire to become a therapeutic counsellor.
